Just added in a DAB Tuner to my hi-fi today and I must say I am somewhat surprised with the quality that DAB offers. After having made the switch to Freeview digital quite a while ago, I have felt very positive about the transition from analogue but just haven’t got around to taking the plunge with radio. Even though practically all the streams are 128kbps (similar to your average mp3) the sound comes across as warm and clear.

Will I listen to CityBeat? probably not.

This post marks the start of my new weblog, which after the loss of EddieBenton.co.uk to a german ISP has involved relocation.

I’d expect to be posting much of the same material as I had uploaded before, general musings, rants etc.. Your average blog. Nothing here is going to move the earth or set your face on fire, nothing gets my blood boiling more than the self righteous teen blogs out there that claim to be the zenith of creativity, inspiration and profound wisdom.

Average blog from an average guy.
